" Healing and growth through the Word of God, for the glory of God." Chapter EIGHT ATTITUDE: BLESSING AND PRAISING Synopsis Are you willing to change? Can you accept blessings? Do you ever praise God for everything? Stop and ponder these questions. Allow time for these questions to be a check on your attitude. What do you think and speak? Where does blessing and praising fit into your day? Unfortunately, we become like the place we dwell! And if you live in America you are living in a land of rebellion, fear, jealousy, and spiritual warfare.

God's Word, the eternal Truth, offers transformation. As you begin to obediently follow God's will, you will be ... open to God's blessing, open to God's filling, open to God's leading, and open to God's wisdom. You have choices to make. Authority figures and self-imposed curses might hamper these choices. But within a community of Christians, you can begin to find the encouragement and prayerful support necessary to step out of your old habits and patterns. You thus encourage transformation. And this process is further strengthened as you acknowledge God. He promises to help you. If God says He is omnipresent ... then He is everywhere. If God says He is omniscient ... then He is all knowing. If God says He is omnipotent ... then He has all power. If God says He is omnificent ... then He is the Creator of all. If God is omni ... then He is all. These words are based upon Scripture. "I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty." (Revelation 1:8) "Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am He that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen." (Revelation 1:17-18) Come and enter into a time of blessing and praising. More than your attitude will change.
